A pub operated by Salisbury Pubs has been named by Les Routiers as Gastro Pub of the Year.

A pub operated by Salisbury Pubs, the five-strong operator owned by David and Becky Salisbury, has been named by Les Routiers as Gastro Pub of the Year.

The Swan in Denham, Buckinghamshire, a Scottish & Newcastle Pub Company site, has been operated by Salisbury Pubs since November 2002. Salisbury Pubs also operates two Greene King and two Enterprise Inns venues.

The company describes its style of cuisine as "classic British colonial".
